All Buyers must register for a bidder number. Bidding numbers are available before & during the auction at the Fair Office.

Auction Day – Saturday August 1

10:30 AM – Buyer Check-In Begins
11:30 AM – Buyer’s Lunch

Pay For Your Purchase

When you’re ready to pay, go to the Fair Office & we will process your purchase. You can do this at any time while the Auction is going on, or wait until the end of the auction.

Add-On’s

Add-On’s are donations to the exhibitors and no purchase of an animal is necessary.
Add-On contributions can be completed at the auction by completing an Add-On form obtained at the Fair office. Or you can download & print an Add-On form & bring it with you to the Auction.
Add-On form must include tag number, exhibitor name, and the Add-On amount you wish to contribute.

The auction is where buyers can purchase high-quality, hand-raised meat. Most importantly, Buyers support youth exhibitors and help them achieve a positive future.
