All information needed to make your 2026 Fair Entry is posted on the Fair Entry Fairwire Link. Club Leader / Advisor information & instructions included too!
Deadlines
Tuesday – July 14, 2026 by 10:00 PM
Entries must be completed and paid by the exhibitor online at ramona.fairwire.com
First Aid /Emergency Contact Form must be submitted.
Saturday – July 18, 2026 by 10:00 PM
Club Leaders/Advisors will be provided with a Club Summary Sheet at the close of entries. At this time, Leaders/Advisors must submit requests to Fair Administrator and/or Fair Clerk
for changes/approval.
IMPORTANT
Entry forms will be active up until the submission deadline. When the deadline is reached, the forms will be immediately unavailable online.
